Why are the upper and lower rollers the core components of the fusing film?

Because these components operate under high temperature, high pressure and high speed for a long time, if the materials do not meet the standards, cracks and distortions will occur after short-term use, which will cause paper jams and poor printing quality and other serious consequences.

Why do some fusing components not fuse firmly?

Nowadays, the global awareness of environmental protection is increasing, and the original equipment manufacturers in the OA industry (such as Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, HP, etc.) are also continuously making technological innovations in this aspect to reduce the melting point of toner and save energy. Therefore, if some fusing components or low-quality compatible toner do not meet the requirements, these problems will occur.

Why are fusing components prone to damage?

Firstly, the plastic parts of the fusing component are formulated with a certain amount of lead to maintain precision, so the hardness of the plastic parts is very high and they are not easy to deform, but the brittleness is also high. Therefore, we have made efforts in packaging, strictly simulating extreme transportation tests, and using full cotton padding packaging to resist the disadvantages of transportation such as strong drops and pressure.

Why do some compatible fusing components report errors when installed on the machine?

The error codes of the fusing device are divided into three categories. The first category is that the fusing device has usage time data. If it is used beyond the time limit, the machine will prompt an error code and a new fusing device with a reset fuse element needs to be replaced. The second category of error codes is the regional distinction of the machine. If the voltage and frequency of the power supply in different regions are different, using the wrong region will also report an error. The third category of error codes is that the thermal management components on the fusing device are damaged and prompt an error. When the service life of the fusing component of the machine expires, the machine will prompt a replacement, and the data inside the fusing device needs to be cleared. All of our produced fusing devices are 100% tested on the machine before leaving the factory, completely eliminating these situations.
